"The house was exactly as listed. Very clean, great location to the beach as well as a nearby bike path. Tons of hooks and hangars which was helpful. Very comfortable and plenty of room for four of us. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely recommend! "

"This was our second stay in this lovely home, and we're looking forward to a third. It's comfortable and is stocked with everything you might need. The location is great, being close to shops and restaurants, the Betsie Valley Trail, and the beach. The hosts are pretty great, too!"

"We were visiting the upper peninsula of Michigan and were coming from Mackinaw Island. We wanted to see sleeping Bear Dunes and the house was close and wonderful from walking on the shore and the lighthouse,to dinner in the quaint little town to boating on Crystal Lake there was something for everyone Would definitely stay there again"

"Could walk to all restaurants and shops. Sat on a swing at Municipal boat dock and watched all boats and also people walking the path along Betsie LakeSat on benches at the public Beach, just watching boats and families enjoy the sunshine. Thanks for a peaceful, mid-week break. "
"We loved being able to walk wherever we wanted to go in town! Everything in this house was clean and up to date. All that was needed for cooking was readily available. And the deck had a nice view over the trees to the harbor. Loved having coffee out there in the morning. Would definitely recommend!"
"Have stayed at the Frankfort Hotel 3 times! It’s charming! Every room is decorated differently, as seen on the website. Staff are friendly & attentive. Parking is on-site & free. Room & common areas are very clean & quiet. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel to the Lake & beach in one direction & to the shops & restaurants on Main Street in the other direction. Can walk all the way up & down the busiest section of Main Street without moving your car. It’s a lovely place to stay!"
"We love Frankfort, and if you are looking for something a bit more updated and modern, this is the place for you! Our host was quick to respond to an issue we had and made us feel like a priority. Something to note... You are in the heart of the action on Main Street, and the construction of the unit does not block out the street noises very well. We used the AC/fan units to sleep soundly, but if you are looking for a bit more of a private getaway, just know how public your location certainly is."

"The house is spacious with plenty of room for all 12 of us. The kitchen is newly and beautifully remodeled, and the two new bathrooms are wonderful. Our favorite part is the huge wrap around porch that has room for our group to gather and enjoy the outdoors. The house is only a block from the beach and from town, which made for many fun excursions during our week’s stay. Communication with Charles is easy and helpful. "

"Overall we were so happy with our stay! Really cute and spacious house, perfect location in between beach and town. All the amenities were great, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and bathroom was well stocked as well. Only downside was that one of the bedrooms was listed as having a queen and a twin when we booked, which we were counting on fully using - the bedroom was just two twins. I did see the listing was updated, but that meant one of our guests had to sleep on the couch. That aside, this is a great spot!"

"Met by a freshly painted cottage. A block from Main Street where Birch and maple and dos Arnold’s are. Also farmers market a block away. Beach a 7 block walk or two minute drive. Four spacious bedrooms as described. Everyone had their own bathroom. Modern kitchen well outfitted. Desiree was an extremely responsive manager and got our questions answered instantaneously. Quibbles: deck could have been swept off. A bit more silverware and a couple more saucepans. We enjoyed every inch using the deck for a lovely evening and afternoon meal and the front porch for evening hanging out. Recommend this home for a great Frankfort and sleeping bear dunes home base. Will be back!!"
"This is a clean, well maintained property. It’s a short bike ride to the beach, downtown restaurants, bike trail, fishing peer. These places are easily walkable too. Our stay was very quiet and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here."
