"Property was perfect for families (lots of space), right on the beach, and had an elevator. I had a family member with limited mobility, and the condo was perfect."

"Condo was just like the pictures. Views from the balcony are of the bay. Also just steps from the beach (which was not crowded). Having the pool right outside our front door was so nice for the kids. Walking distance to a coffee shop and two restaurants for dinner. Ryan was a fantastic, responsive host and was very accommodating when we needed to book an extra night last minute because of car troubles. Would stay here again. "

"Property was exceptional. The kitchen was equipped with all new appliances. There was cooking pots and pans for everything you might want to cook. Washer and dryer new Maytags and the TVs were extremely large and in living room and every bedroom. I do wish there had been a walk-in shower on one of the bathrooms as we are elderly and unable to use the big high tubs. What really made the property so exceptional was the view of the water and how close to the beach the unit is. Just fantastic....

"Upon arrival, the property presented an initial aesthetic appeal. However, a closer inspection revealed several maintenance issues. The furnishings exhibited significant wear and tear, and the window coverings were visibly soiled. The leather sofa's reclining function was inoperable due to a mechanical failure, and the host had disabled the feature. Two bedroom televisions initially failed to function and, despite manual rebooting, remained unreliable, limiting entertainment options to the main...

"Friendly people minding the desk. Room was clean. Location was fine for us because we wanted to be near Watermans restaurant.Otherwise we would prefer Sandbridge.Our room was fine. The Dolphin run seems tired.I think the carpet in the hallways needs a good cleaning. My wife kept asking if something smelled funky. I posted a photo from an angle because there was a big bulldozer parked in front of our view.It was a nice bulldozer. LolAnyway we rested and ate well. We’re glad we went. "
