“The check-in was not easy at all. My room was not ready until almost 5pm. The parking is NOT on site..but rather across the street. When the room was finally ready, it was taking a cart to bring everything over. Not very convenient. The plus was the following day the desk clerk gave me a amenities card to use until my flight home which was great. Very nice pool and the resort is well maintained.”

“Had his own restaurant with beach view Great”

“Staff was excellent. Clean rooms.”

“I will come back again ”

“the position is good，service is good，safe and clean”

“Our stay was very accommodating”

“The room was clean and the staff was nice. The property is older but still overall looks and feels great for the price. It was a lot more affordable than most of the hotels on the beach. We would stay there again.”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”
