“This place is so unique and very beautiful and just wonderful... one of those places were you want to plan your next trip asap”

“I don’t think the pictures does this place justice. This is such a unique place and you can tell a lot of thought has went into it. The hosts are very thoughtful and make sure you have all of the information you need. The property has everything you need and more. The creek is a quick walk though the backyard. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone, especially someone with kids.”

“Clean room, pet friendly, great location!”

“Host was very welcoming. The cabin was clean, comfortable and so cute. It had everything we needed and even some extras like smores making ingredients. Can't wait to stay again!”

“This property is the epitome of what private vacation rentals strive to be! I cannot recommend the cabin on the waterfall enough! The cabin itself is quaint and nestled into a private cove, and your backyard is the beautiful and clean Flint Creek. The host is amazing, I had all the information and more before I even arrived to the property. Arthur was so helpful though out our stay! The fire pit is absolutely incredible and the fridge was stocked with a smores kit and water. The beds are……

“This is a fun little property built to disconnect and build memories. From outside, it looks like a run down old buolding and it had my wife asking me what I had booked us... but once you step inside, it was a beautiful cabin with plenty of space an seating for a family reunion. There were only 4 of us, but I think this place could comfortably sleep 20. The spacious kitchen island was a center hangout. The entire downstairs was packed with games: from shuffleboard, to darts, to puzzles and board……

“The front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was okay. Bed was great. Location was nice”

“I made a prepaid reservation for my 19 year old son who was in the area visiting his girlfriend. Arkansas has no law about not being able to check in for under 21. The room was prepaid and my son is almost 20, was in dress clothes, clean cut, polite, and has checked into multiple hotels on his own in the pass 2 years. He went to check in at 10:30pm after seeing a locally presented play. The jerk at the desk refused to check him in and told him to leave. When I called Expedia to get a refund……

“Greatest customer service experience I have ever had.”

“A very nice and quiet little place for a weekend get away. Very friendly staff”

“Location and price was good. Staff was very friendly. It wasn't a 5 star property but very comfortable for a 2 night business stay.”
