The only things to be aware of - the upstairs did get very warm & we couldn’t lower the thermostat any lower than 74 degrees. Downstairs was much cooler. "The Bear Lake residence provided an excellent option for a spontaneous weekend retreat with my son, who has special needs. Its proximity to the main road offered convenient access while still maintaining a quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed observing the deer that frequented the backyard each evening. The spacious main rooms were ideal for accommodating his needs, and the provided beach toys were a significant highlight!"
