"Very good breakfast big rooms comfortable beds"

"Elevator was acting up stopping and going and doors acting speratic, the drain plug in the bath tub was broke so we had to take it apart to take a bath, and hair on the ceiling and walls. Heater didnt adjust up or down set to 69deg only. The breakfast was exactly the same as you get at motel 6. Asked for a ground floor room at check in and called ahrlead but still got a 4th floor room near the elevator so it was a little noisey put towls under yhr door. The window didnt close all the way so we had noise from the front of the building. We got some ice cream for free. Staff was cool, we got some sleep but not worth $130... the check in desk wasnt clearly marked so we had to call and find out where to walk in. "

"This place was perfect for our family get together. The kids loved the play area which is well stocked with toys besides the things you see in the pictures. The tables and chairs in the kitchen were enough for our group. The beds were fairly comfortable. This place is a little older but the price made it so we could do this little stay after we traveled to the Bear Lake area for the burial of my father. Thank you. "

"Pet friendly. Great place very clean well stock, kitchen, peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the home work good the propane bottles were full. The hot tub worked great really enjoyed our staying there."

"Host was very communicative, had everything we needed. Plenty of extra blankets, trash bags, and sleeping pads. We would come here again for sure!"

"This house is a dream. Plenty of room for our group of 33. It’s HUGE! The kids loved the play area in the basement and the guys enjoyed watching football in the theater. We were able to get groceries on our way in and we cooked at least one meal everyday. Everything you need is there. The view can not be beat. It’s breathtaking. This was our first time to Bear Lake and we hope we can return one day. We enjoyed the small community and family owned restaurants. We did have trouble controlling the temp in the house but it is a large space. Also, the dryer on the main floor did not work but we notified the owner. He was extremely nice and even accommodated a late check out. "

"Overall a nice stay - the listing is accurate and the accommodations agreeable. A slight point of frustration when we arrived 40 minutes early and asked if we could be let in and were told, 'no'. So we essentially sat in our freezing car for 40 minutes until the clock struck 4pm. I know we were asking for a very small favor, but it was silly when there was no reason not to have let us in (no cleaning crews or others in the rental). Other than that - all good. "
