“Host responds pretty quickly, and the location was perfect for an event we had to attend”

“Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Great communication especially when there was internet glitch with the internet provider (so not issue of host). They went above and beyond to make sure we had a place for us to watch/stream the Packers game on Thanksgiving and issue was fixed by Friday morning. Great space in both homes and we loved the event barn. Did dinner in there one night as well as a Paint Your Partner Challenge and watched the Bears on the big screen tv. Beautiful views and the……

“The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom. The area is quiet and nice, its about 30 min to Galena, which was where we went each day. There is a marina, a pool, and a beach close but……
