“Property is historic which is cool, and the room nice with comfortable beds. However, the room was 80 degrees, and we had to mess with the air conditioner several times for it to remain on and work. Also, there was no soap to wash our hands at the bathroom sink - irritating issues after driving 13 hours.”

“I stayed for three nights. Was here for work I’m a nurse. I asked on check in what time was check out they said 11 am. I asked if they had a late check out ( I work overnight) they said noon. I came this morning and checked in with the attendant to ensure I had late check out. I put the do not disturb sign on and went to sleep. At 10 am there was a man who was knocking and then trying to open the door. I said I have late check out .. then one hour the same thing. So I got up and dressed took……

“Great location we could walk everywhere. The pool was closed though they should tell you that on line when you’re booking your room. Was very clean and the staff was very nice.”

“The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure”

“I've stayed here a handful of times now when I come into town for business. It used to be really clean and very nice, but over the past few years its gone downhill a little bit. Its still pretty clean, but needs to be updated and is not as nice as it used to be overall.”

“Avant tout, la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Mais, toutes les chambres n'y ont pas droit. Une d'entre elles est sur le parking avec une fenêtre minuscule, très décevante. Lors de mes échanges sur le tchat, la personne en charge a fait preuve de beaucoup de sarcasme et n'a apporté aucune compréhension réelle à ma déception. Ensuite, la décoration de la chambre est en décalage par rapport à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, qui est très beau, mais surtout, la propreté de la chambre était OK mais……
