The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. "

"I found the unit I rented to be very comfortable and in excellent condition. Infortunately Colonial Williamsburg has really diminished it's commitment to being a "living" museum experience. We were looking forward to a Colonial Christmas but we found little to create the feeling we had been promised by the advertisements."
