“When I booked only 3 reviews were available two were 10’s the other a 2. I wondered if the 2 was a curmudgeon and if the 10’s were friends. Not a lot of other choices so I took the chance. This will now become my go to when traveling to Schenectady. It’s a studio (not a one bedroom) that is well laid out, clean and nicely decorated. “Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”
