“It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home. “Check in with Yevette was great with good communication . Easy drive to Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. Did find it was odd that they had a coffee pot but no coffee or cups. Also you were supposed to let shower run for two minutes to warm up. But after you got in the water got cold within 2 minutes.”
