" It was clean, cute, and in a great location—just a short drive to Santa Rosa Beach and a 20 min drive to Destin. Check-in was easy with a door code, no need to go to an office. Would definitely stay again! "

"The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony. We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better."

"We don't stay in hotels often, and we were so pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff were exceptionally courteous and the 'provided' breakfast was just what we needed to start our day! Cheers to the kitchen manager who made amazing grits! Thank you Best Western Crossroads Inn! We will not hesitate to stay here again if our roads cross again!"
