“Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee).”

“Unfortunately hurricane Ian prevented any use of the establishment. This is in no way the establishments fault, so a fair review would not be possible. We hope to have an opportunity to visit in the future.”

“The property pool and bar had no food not appetizers. They told my fiance to be quiet while he was on a phone conversation by the bar. I thought that was very rude from the waiter. We paid a lot of money to stay there and the service was not good and the air conditioner didn’t work good. We left very early on Sunday for that reason. ”

I have asked for some modifications in my reservation and they were very caring about it, if you are looking for peace then this is the place. It has everyone that you might need for unwinding. ”

“I like have a bar , when you relax have some wine it’s good Idea, also so close to san old Carlos, has a lot of good restaurants. But blanket too terrible, when I touch it and I will woke up, so I had to took it alway, and then I cool. And air conditioner so nose, whole night I slept not will at all. Actually it is very good situation, Also workers super nice, just blanket really bad. I’m not sure if Next time I will back there, if they change blanket, I will back. ”
