“This was the best stay, wildly above and beyond my expectations which were already high. The entire staff was incredibly nice, professional and accommodating. Just to name a few, Morgan, Rosetta, Joyce, Rosetta, Poppy as GM, Lucia, Evelyn and Many, Many more including housekeeping and maintenance, were just top notch at what they do. Herman as a ranger was just so much fun, so professional and knowledgeable. You can tell the park cares so much about conservation while the lodge cares so much……

“Amazing hospitality. The staff went their way to make our two day honeymoon memorable. The welcome was fit for royalty, the accomodation simply defined luxury, the food very good. There was an array of excellent activites, topped by game drives, canoe excursion. Would love to return”

“Very large property, very well maintained. Room was large and clean. A/C worked great. Selelo was our host; very kind and attentive. Assisted us with booking events. Accompanied us a a boat safari. Food was excellent. Game drivers: Lesh and Jinx went above and beyond to try to meet our every request. We were lucky enough to see nearly every type of animal in the park. Highly recommend this place. ”

“Relaxing place”

“River View is a small resort which offers sn all inclusive experience. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are cooked options for breakfast, a complimentary serve yourself lunch as dinner with two main options. On one of our nights we had a barbeque. They have their own arranged boat safari in the afternoon and early morning game drives. I would definitely recommend River View in Kasane.”

“1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal. Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt. Too busy helping other customers that came after me. 3. Beside these 2 problems, all other services at this hotel were good. Hope these issues can be……

Alle Zelte liegen perfekt mit Blick auf dem Fluss, die Verpflegung ist sehr gut. Auch in Bezug auf die Nachhaltigkeit gibt sich das Camp große Mühe. “This was my second time staying at Protea. It's a very clean and nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet at night for some good rest. The only issue I had was with the breakfast. I told the staff person I would pay at checkout and within five minutes of me getting to my room she's calling me saying the system was down and if she could come and collect the payment at that time. I thought that was in poor taste because I still could've paid at checkout some four hours later. When I……
