“Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk service. The staff member repeatedly slammed the door, refused to answer basic questions, and stated she was “not in the mood” to assist us. When asked for a manager, she claimed she was the boss and refused to provide any management contact information. She also made inappropriate racist comments. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and a very disappointing experience.”

“This accomadation is the worst i have ever stayed in. Luckily we were only staying 1 night and arrived late at 11pm due to a delayed flight but that was bad enough. Were would you start?. The room absoloutley stunk and was a putrid smell throughout the property,sockets hanging off wall filthy and stained towels the list could go on and on.but i will leave at that... Please avoid this place at amy cost it is HORRIBLE!!!”

“酒店内部装饰比较陈旧，到了该翻修的时候了。周边环境虽然交通方便，但是比较脏乱。总的体验一般。但是距离LGA机场很近，这是最大的优势。”

“The room needs cleaner sheets and cleaner pillow cases. All floors need to be scrubbed. I was not comfortable with the room but it was for only 1 night. The pictures look nicer but the room looks old and dirty.”
