“The room was warm, tidy and inviting. The bath was really nice with a shower that was large and multifunctional. The onsite restaurant was top notch Very much fine dining. I had the Orange Glazed Salmon twice. Desserts were substantial and well worth the cost. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Truly a wonderful stay.”

“Staff was nice. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good every morning. We were wishing for some sausage gravy and biscuits, but the eggs and sausage were good. **This hotel had regular tv’s with cable. Really wish it would have been a smart TV or some kind of TV that you could cast things from your phone/tablet. Also one with a swivel. It was fixed to the wall and far away from the ‘sitting area’. ”

“Good location, as it is walkable to most downtown attactions and close to battlefield. Breakfast is beyond a "continental," and the hotel has plenty of parking.”

“Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom fan was very noisy, and there was never any hot water for showers...just lukewarm. But overall okay, will stay again when in town.”

“Facility was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of places in the area for dining. ”

“The bed and breakfast was divine. We stayed in the castle suite, and it was beautifully decorated with knightly armor and a comfy king bed. There was fresh fruit waiting for us in the morning before a delicious breakfast. There is a cute common area and library for those whom like to socialize or like the quiet.”
