“Room was spotless, windows were not. Staff was over the top wonderful!!”

“The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was dirty and I saw 3 roaches in there. The first night was terrible. A wrestling team had checked in and being on the ground floor, I could hear them running up and down the halls all night. Both nights I had hot water issues. The first night, the hot water completely ran out about 45 seconds in to my shower. The second night, the hot water turned luke warm about a minute in and anticipating it would run out, I took a quick shower, but the warm water……

“you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. ”

“Everything about this majestic hotel was exceptional—truly a highlight of our journey home to Canada from Florida. Although we arrived several hours early, we were graciously welcomed the moment we stepped in (still dressed in summer clothes from a much warmer climate than the 5° temperature!). The friendly staff and owner, Mr. Monahan, made us feel immediately at home. Maggie at the front desk kindly explained the history of the building while escorting us through the impressive hall,……

“I booked here for a week. The fridge in the room is a very tiny fridge so if you’re planning to bring things to put in the fridge for the week you will not have enough space. The room also does not have a microwave so if you plan to heat anything up you will not be able to do so conveniently in your room. You will have to go down to the lobby and use the microwave that isn’t very clean. They have a sign that says they clean the bed sheets everyday unless you have the do not disturb hang tag on……
