“Perfect relaxing stay!! So fun!!”

“Cabin was cozy and clean! Great location...close to everything you need yet feels isolated so very peaceful. The coffee bar was stocked nicely but if your avid coffee drinkers like us, bring some extra K Cups or a reusable k cup for your coffee. Outdoor areas were fabulous! ”

“Loved staying in this downtown loft! We even extended our stay and plan to stay again. They have everything you need. Bed was comfortable and I’m picky. Bathtub and bathroom are so nice! They even had lots of little extras. Enjoyed walking next door in the morning to have coffee and a Belgian waffle for breakfast and dinner at night a couple doors down at the wood fired pizza place. ”

“What a wonderful, relaxing, romantic and beautiful place to stay! Such lovely touches like coffee beans and grinder for fresh coffee, a growler from the neighborhood brewery where you can try their beers and fill with your favorite. And so many more elegant touches that make your stay extra special. The hot tub was hot and ready and felt wonderful in the cool evening. Bed and bedding very comfortable! And the town of Sparta is a hidden gem!! Burgess Falls nearby with beautiful waterfalls and……

“Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! ”

“We met with long time friends that haven’t all been together in two years at least. We spent much time just chatting in the living room. It’s a very pretty area in the fall. We enjoyed and would stay again. Gary was very nice and accommodating. We really only had one question the day before our stay and answered almost immediately. ”

“The property itself is beautiful and overall we enjoyed our time here. The campsites are tucked neatly into the trees. There’s a water spout, a small propane cooktop, firewood, a grill, dishes and a cooler. The tent was cozy and comfortable. The hvac struggled to keep up on the hottest days but it cooled down at night. There’s a shower and bathroom close by as well and it was clean. We were originally a little confused about the listing because the description basically talked about bringing……

“This is an incredible property with a beautiful long views and plenty of privacy. The cabins were spectacular - a rustic feel but everything you need. We hiked, enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, roasted marshmallows, and ate fresh eggs for breakfast. The kids loved the farm animals. We’ll definitely be back. ”
