“Great little house. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the multi-game arcade! Plenty of room inside. Heads up, no TVs in the bedroom but it was no problem for us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood in Tempe. Close to downtown Tempe, campus, restaurants, groceries, etc. this place is part of a one story, multi unit house but is extremely quiet and did not feel attached to anything. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.”

“My husband and I came to attend a medical conference. The rooms at the conference venue were very expensive with lots of extra costs. We found this place online and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location from conference was about 15-20min drive. The unit was as described. Bed was comfortable. Good AC. Quiet location. The only thing that was a title off was, the previous renter didn’t leave the parking pass, so we were afraid of getting a ticket, as you have to park in the street....

“Our check in process wasn't that smooth and we had to call the central number multiple times to get into our room.It was spacious as described, carpets were filthy, kitchen facilities were adequate, bathrooms are okay except the toilet seats were too low and there were no shower caddy (shampoos and body cleansers were left on the floor of the shower and you literally had to bend to the floor during the shower to use it). Back patio door lock was broken. It is an old apt building for the students...
