“The place is comfortable. Room was roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. Close to where we wanted to go. They let us park hours before we checked in. Only downside: only had tv channels we had to log into with our own passwords. I look forward to cable channels when I’m away since I don’t have cable channels at home. ”

“We arrived a little bit early and were allowed to check in early which we appreciated very much especially since it was raining outside. The view out the window of the lake is very nice. It’s close to town so it’s convenient for shopping and dining. When we came back, there was a very large black bear in the parking lot outside our door. Thankfully, our car scared it away unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture before it ran.”

“Very beautifully updated room with all the amenities I needed. Clean, quaint and very comfortable. Wonderful deck with hot tub, table and chairs. Common area has a large tv, couch, table and chairs. Also provided was a coffee/tea bar and infused water. Small bar and other coffee and snacks available for purchase. Owner very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Great place to stay!”

“Fantastic experience! Stayed for three days and couldn't be happier. The couple that handles everything are doing an excellent job taking care of each of the visitors. The atmosphere they've created in the house is superb! Things to consider: no restaurants close by so if you want to have dinner, reserve in advance with the managers. Breakfast is at 9am sharp, which is fantastic as you can meet other people in the house; breakfast was amazing! Be aware of the check-in time, communicate with……

We were spending the day at Estes Park and we got a phone call from the front desk, confirming our check-in date and also explaining the procedure if we were arriving past 9 PM since the front office would be closed.
