“Nice little cabin only stayed 1 night passing thru.”

“We booked for three nights. The air conditioning wasn’t working, phone number for contact was incorrect, I had to call VERBO to get a working number, there was no person on the property to address the issue, temperature got to 81 degrees never got below 77 degrees overnight even with a window open. Smelled bad and wasn’t very clean.The carpet was terribly stained and the ,coffee table was very worn nothing like the photos on Verbo. we only stayed one night however Matthew did offer another cabin...

“Clean, rustic cabin on a partially wooded property that gives a nice illusion of privacy in a somewhat crowded area. Lovely mornings and evenings with a view on the 2nd floor porch. Close to town without feeling like you're close to town.My one suggestion for improvement is to be more conscientious about keeping the cabin stocked with daily use items that travelers don't necessarily want to buy for just a week/weekend (Saran wrap, tupperware, aluminum foil, non-stick spray, etc).”

“The location was terrific as it afforded me easy access to multiple trailheads to nearby 14ers. Major downfall was the cooking supplies could not be used and the cleanliness of the place left a bit to be desired.”
