“Keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Odamızın manzarası muhteşemdi. Odanın temizliği ve konforu yeterliydi. Ortak kullanıma açık mutfak ve mutfak aletleri mevcut. İşletme sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı.”

“ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。 プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。”

“This is the best hotel in Levent area in Istanbul in my opinion. Modern, spacious lobby, rooms and other hotel areas. Great big gym with a lot of heavy weight as well as cardio and other machines (Right now: 21 July 2025 gym is under renovation, so everything is moved to smaller area, still better than most of the hotel gyms. Renovation should be finished in 2 months) Outdoor and indoor pool, beautiful spa area with hairdresser and nail saloon. If you choosing this hotel regularly you can have……

“My family had the pleasure of staying at Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class，and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served a great variety of Turkish dishes. “Location is bit far from old and new downtown even though they provide shuttle to airport but still need over one hour to all visiting points in downtown if you take their shuttle & metro unless you directly take a taxi. On the other hand, their shuttle stop point on airport is hardly to find if you're 1st time to IST airport, the shuttle will just show up on outside gate B 10 second every one hour, if you miss it you have to wait another hour, but the common taxi driver English isn't really……

“A 12 minuti dall aeroporto, ha navette gratuite, ma il taxi comunque costa 6-7 euro. Non adatto per visita alla citta, è invece utile per arrivi tardi alla sera o partenze presto alla mattina. Abbondante il buffet della collazione”
