“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

The hotel has a great location, close to the metro and many attractions, which makes it very convenient for exploring Istanbul.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended.”

The room was not in the best condition and the cleaning was not thoroughly done daily to where we were wiping things down with disinfectant wipes. The shelf in the shower was broken and so was the toilet seat. The AC worked occasionally and the vinyl floors were chipped and separating in some areas. ”
