“İyi yönleri: Otelin yeri çok güzel. Merkeze çok yakın. Çalışanlar eksik olduğunda hızla düzeltiyorlar. Kibarlar. Oda temiz. Beklenen üzerinde malzeme var, tabaklar ve çatallar gibi. Oda rahat hem balkonda hem içeride masa olarak çok konforlu. Eksikler: Adadasın ama çatı katında bina arasında küçük bir yerden deniz görebiliyorsun. Asansör yok. Düğün sonrası düşme olayı yaşadık çıkmak çok zor oldu. Merdivenler dar. Son katta kapıya geldiğinizde ışık olmuyor, cep telefonu kullandık. Valizi ben……

“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”
