“Out of the way, but still close to everything. Nice place for a quick stay. Used place to cook breakfast and dinner, plus a place to sleep. Nice job for all we wanted. Nearby to Homosassa Springs, Three Sisters and Weeki Wachee.”

“Spent our anniversary weekend at the cottage. Went to homosassa and Crystal river on boat tours. We used the peddle boat at the cottage and went down the canal. At end if canal was an Emu island, very interesting as they even had an alpaca. Cottage was well supplied. Even caught a bass fish in the canal. Place was a litle tricky to find as the cottage is tucked in on their property but they were home to guide us. Very relaxing weekend getaway”

“This place is fantastic. So much to do in the house with foosball, ping pong, giant jenga and more. The sliding dock makes putting in the kayaks so easy, and you are just a few quick rows to an emu farm. Great place and would definitely recommend.”

“This property is a jewel. Interior was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The water view was totally visible from the family room area. The house was spotless when we arrived, with everything we needed for our stay. Our senior dog enjoyed the enclosed fenced yard. Can't wait to return for another visit.”

“This house was like a second home to my family. It has a great location which is close to the commercial listing for food and to the park where the kids can swim. The home came well equipped with kayaks for the beautiful canal behind the home. The host was quick to respond to my messages and was super friendly. I would recommend this to any family traveling into weeki wachee”

“Really nice and secluded place. Everything was clean and finding the property was easy. Plenty of room for boat and trailer on the property. The “boat launch” is for smaller boats or canoes, not a big deal cause there are several boat ramps close by I had a 18 foot jon boat that navigated the canal fine you might have trouble with boats over 21 foot getting to the dock as the canal is very narrow. Over all very happy with our stay and definitely will be coming back.”

“This was our second week-long stay at the lovely Dreamcatcher Cottage. The Cottage was just as expected: clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with considerate and thoughtful hosts nearby if needed to support our stay. We come to this area primarily to ride the Withlacoochie Trail on our tandem, and it is a short ride from the home to the Trail, about a half-mile. A shed is provided for bicycle storage. We just settle in to the home with our groceries and enjoy our rides, cooking our meals and...

“Cozy home in excellent location in Old Homosassa. Super clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed the light show on the front yard oak tree! Spent a lot of time at porch bar watching mullet jumping and heron wading. Went to the Homosassa Wildlife State Park, ate at the Freezer and took a river ride on the Island Girl Cruise… highly recommend all. We had a wonderful time! Hope y’all can keep this beautiful place a secret ❣️”

“From age 5 to age 68, we all had fun! Kayaking, manatees, fishing, and a large open homey place offered the perfect grt-together place. Convenient to stores and restaurants, it was a lovely place and area.”
