"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. "Place is nice. I always love the sunsuite location for a weekend getaway. This particular unit has something broken under the tub... not sure if its ceramic below the tub or what... but you can tell unless you stand on it. That was a little nerve wrecking when showering. Evreything else was perfect!"

"Loved that the room was right on beach access boardwalk and beside the main Beach Club and pools. Parking area was super tight and not large car friendly. Room was clean and everything was in working order. 1 tiny issue and the owner and resort were quick to respond and address. Unit does need some updating but was functional for the two of us and had enough room and storage for us two as well. The room could have been a bit better stocked is really my only comment. I did rent a golf cart which I didn't use much, but if you're planning on going golfing, to the animal center, etc., I would recommend it. Parking really was awful, I didn't move my car after I parked it. Because parking was so bad, unloading and loading the car was difficult. This is also not a handicap accessible location.
