The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. However, our room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable quite well stocked. We would suggest having paper towels and maybe salt and pepper if possible. "
