“The room was poorly stocked and there was no hot water for nearly 2 days. The braided rug in the room was filthy and torn in a few places causing my wife to trip. Thankfully she did not fall. Very poor response time to any concerns we had. Very poor parking during the holiday weekend. This property is owned by The resort. When these properties were owned by private owners they were better stocked and a quick response to any issues. Also the toilet didn’t flush properly. Mai came out to fix the……

“Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly!……
