“The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are so comfortable and the staff makes you feel welcomed and valued as guests. We dealt with Cassandra who reserved the perfect rooms for our family and made us feel at home, Ivy who made our check in easy and smooth and Jessica who checked us out and helped us with our upcoming reservations in December. All 3 of them are a true asset to the hotel and made us feel so special as guests. ”

“Staff was great and I enjoyed my stay. There was a significant issue with the first room, which I really do suggest that they give it more love and care as the second room they moved me to was much better. Just a suggested, such as repainting the walls so there isn't dark stains on it and ceiling the hardwood floors. Hope to stay there again soon but I definitely will not pick the first room again. ”
