“The 4 bedroom townhouse was excellent -very clean and the location was great. Everyone working there was excellent except the person that checked us in. The swimming pool, bikes and gym were not available. Very disappointing since we packed bathing suits and were looking forward to bike riding. We found this out when we checked in. “Overall, we had a good stay at Black Swan. The apartment was nice, the location is fantastic, and the staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. A few things to be aware of: the elevators were not working during our stay, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Parking is not on site—you’ll need to park in a garage a few blocks away and carry your luggage through the busy downtown streets. Most of the outlets in the living room and kitchen also didn’t work.
