The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. "

"I selected this property bc they indicated pets were welcome. I needed two rooms. One for my small dog and I and one for my daughter's family. I didn't have issue with the additional pet fee as I have traveled and paid in the past at other hotels. What was disturbing was the furniture in the pet room. It belonged in the dumpster it was so old and worn I was speechless. And I can assure you this was not pet damage, this was old worn out pealing leather down to the fabric. Insulated to think that just bc you have a pet they would put you in a sub standard room. Oh, my daughter's room was beautiful..."
