“The staff are very friendly & helpful. The wait staff were excellent as well as all of the meals we ordered. The riverside Atmosphere can’t be beat. Our only real complaint was the walk between the lodge & our cabin, A2. The stone steps are uneven and dangerous. I slipped once and fell but caught myself in time to break the fall. We were passengers as we rode with our friends and had to walk to and from the cabin. We know it is a historic lodge and they want to maintain that but safety is also……

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“Very cute cabin room. Very clean. Only thing I didn't care for is that the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbor room words for words conversation. ”
