“Clean Room”

“BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so.”

“The room was fine. The carpet could use a good cleaning but it was not that bad. I was overly critical because the dog had accidents several places in the office area where we had to wait to register. I was comfortable in the room, but the complementary breakfast… expired breakfast bars (both of them), hard stale bread for toast, oatmeal packets that I did not touch, and a juice dispenser with no juice. Overall the room was clean and I had no problem staying there, but the rest of the experience……

“Very spacious Suite, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.”

“The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch.”

“Staff was very unprofessional and tried to give us a different room than the one that was booked. Then tried to charge extra. Thankfully, expedia called them and took care of it.”

“If you are looking for a reasonable price and clean area. Quite place to relax your mind. With respectful staff. Every staff been respectful from the morning shift and night shift. If you have any problems it will get taking care off. I would speak my money hear. It’s worth every penny.”

“The staff were very nice. The room was clean. It would have been nice if they had a better breakfast, or at least milk for coffee.”

“rude front desk, smelly and dirty room, bad breakfast, something wired underneath the bedsheet. If I could score this hotel zero, then I would.”

“The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that……
