“This studio appointment was perfect for my husband and me. We were in Conroe for three nights to attend a wedding. The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. “Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. ”

“If you are looking for fancy, this is not that, but it was very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and bath. Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. It is an above the garage apartment with a full size bed bunk bed and large tv with plenty of app choices. It fit my needs very well and the back yard below was well kept with a peaceful vibe. If i had one complaint, it doesn't have a sofa nor a comfy chair. I had one question I sent the owner by message, and he called right away……
