“I was very disappointed they were not ice machines on every floor. I was on the third floor, but there were no ice machines. So I was very that grateful that the FRONT DESK brought me ICE whenever I needed it needed it. Why don’t you offer shower caps automatically in every room? Ugh!”

“Great location. Walking distance to United Center, and a quick uber ride to all other areas. Top notch amenities and actual daily housekeeping. Cant remember the last time that I stayed somewhere that offered it. If you're on the fence, book it. :) ”
