"We loved our stay! I came in to Waco with my family and my boyfriend for the Midland concert, and we were searching for a cozy place to stay that would fit 7 people comfortably. And this was it! It took a second for the AC to kick in but cooled the whole place right down. My little brother slept in the 2nd building that houses the ping pong table, and he said once his AC was on, it was also great. My only complaint is that I should’ve booked it for longer, to enjoy the lovely view at night and soak in the sunrise in the morning. Definitely 10/10 and would book again!"

"Derek was extremely courteous and helpful. The furniture was all very comfortable and sturdy--obviously not box-store variety! Well stocked kitchen--which we enjoyed tremendously! We had no issues except a little internet issue and Derek took care of us right away. We've been doing this vacation for over 20 years, and this stay was one of my favorites and most relaxing of all. I'd love staying here again if we're headed back this way!--Trish, Texas"
