"First room had not been cleaned after we checked in (bed unmade, trash on floor, wet towels on the couch) so went back to the front desk. Angel was working and sincerely apologized and was so very nice and helpful and gave us a new room with a wonderful upgrade. She turned a bad experience into a good one!"

The lake house is perfectly located with beautiful views of the lake and full access to the dock with pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle boat. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the water activities and fishing. The house is charming and has everything you might need for a great vacation: good room sizes with multiple beds, fully stocked kitchen, grill outside, firepit, screened porch, selection of board games, fishing rods, etc. The host is very responsive to any questions and accommodating. Highly recommend Lake Retreat at Lake Ripley! "
