“You can tell they are really trying to keep this updated, they are doing a really nice job. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, breakfast area well stocked and fresh. The hot tub was a PLUS! You don’t find too many hot tubs these days in hotels that actually work. Pool area very well clean too. The front desk staff was nice on check in and check out, also kept up on the breakfast area. It was great for our 2 night visit. Highly recommend!”

“The property was less expensive than others. The room was clean though did have an odor. They called the breakfast “grab and go”. The only options were pop tarts, granola bars, and apples. The drinks were orange juice and coffee. I expected more options. They had two vending machines, though they only accepted cash so we made sure to bring snacks back to the hotel. LYFT was super expensive so we used Uber though at times there were no Uber rides.”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”

“Light switches not working. First inside door and large lamp on counter. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Pillows were lumpy. 7am noise from housekeeping woke me.”

“Arrived to an empty lobby. Waited thirty minutes. With no reception, guest service response or service. We were not able to check in, nor were we provided a refund or any compensation or response from this company to date. Lobby was dingy, dirty and ate probably better off not staying as to afford malaria ”

“We left, we didn’t even stay. The staff was rude and I have a special needs child with me, who can not use the stairs like that. They tried to put us up on the 2nd or 3rd floor with the elevator being out of service. I’ll be calling Expedia tomorrow for a full refund. They were aweful!”

No microwave But they have market place 24-7 that you can buy snacks and they have coffee and hot water for tea . 24/7 Nice breakfast section , eggs, sausage , waffle machine , bagels , cereal , different juices and more .”
