“Beautiful lodge with comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing but enough to do the job. The large chest of drawers at the end of the bed left little space to get out from the left side of the bed. A slightly smaller unit would have fitted under the TV making it a much easier space to use. Would stay here again beautiful location. Food at the Oak tree inn was good pub food. Definitely didn't go home hungry. ”

“The room was clean, the staff were great and friendly. We had booked the compact room which was okay for a one night stay. Had all the necessary facilities. Great shower. Receptionist informed us that there was a jam session on that night and we managed it for a short while before we had to go as in Greenock for a family celebration. Continental breakfast was included in the price but a hot breakfast could be purchased. Excellent hotel for the price.”
