“The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Easy on and off the freeway, yet not so close it could be heard. The owners are obviously in the process of remodeling the property, but the room we had had been very nicely redone. We appreciated the one story. ”

“The Scotia Inn was beautiful. Within driving distance of some nice spots to visit like the Avenue of the Giants and down the street was a few really good eating spots. There is a convenience store across the street that was really convenient too. We also ordered some local pizza (at the suggestion of a ln inn staff) and hanging around the Inn for the afternoon was quiet and a good vibe. Definitely recommend! Only "complaint" I'd have was no AC but also no screens in the windows. We're not from……

“Having just packed up from an 8-day camping trip, the sweet, comfy and very private living room and bedroom suite above the garage was perfect for me. The rooms were very clean, there was plenty of hot water, the towels were new and soft and the Dish TV service excellent--plus the hosts kind and attentive. I hope to return to charming Ferndale one day, and enjoy staying at the old inn once again. ”
