This is a beautiful old hotel, that we found to be very clean and kept up. Rooms were nice. Breakfast in the morning is complimentary and actually the offering is pretty good.
Wonderful hotel and location! So much history. We stayed for 2 nights and loved every the experience, walked all over arts district and old town and waterfront. I needed to use my laptop for a few work meetings and WiFi works best in common areas, but they were all very quiet and comfortable, so it wasn’t an issue.
Loved the history and the lobby sitting area. The "Breakfast" was a total bust, worst I have seen in many moons (Motel 6 quality). Location is fair, several blocks from the prime historic downtown area.
This is an old hotel from the 1800's that has been renovated, kind of place appeals to me. The main lobby takes you back to an earlier time, think fine furniture, pictures and rugs. The rooms are large and comfy for a place like this, views iffy. In the downtown so dining is nearby and parking abundant. Will definetly stay again.
Cool historic hotel with an interesting history. Staff was helpful, room was comfortable. Walking distance to a number of restaurants. Light breakfast buffet was fine. Unusual and interesting place to stay
Victorian decor. Excellent bed and pillows. Spotless room and bath. Very quiet. Our room had a separate sitting room. Continental breakfast was helpful. Staff offered d as suggestions for restaurants in the area.
This was such an incredible experience and the historic hotel is fantastic. It’s in a superb location.
Expected in a historical hotel the bathroom and TV technology could be improved, but that would not keep me from another stay!

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
This is a historic hotel located close to the waterfront. Staying here itself is an experience, not for amenities but for its historical significance. The staff are not very friendly, probably they are unionized as it could happen at major landmarks like this, ignore it and enjoy the stay. Highly recommend if you are slightly interested in the US history and heritage.
We loved this historic hotel! The lobby was beautiful and our room was spacious and nicely decorated.

The Eureka Inn an old hotel (104 years old).I feel like it hasn’t been kept up like it could or should have but my stay was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking that was included with the cost of the room. The hotel was close to all the things we wanted to do in Eureka. We enjoyed the onsite bar too. I would stay there again.
As a historic hotel it doesn’t feel anywhere close to how old it actually is, the room sizes are good and nothing in them felt dated, it’s well kept up. Everything was cleaned well (as a former housekeeper I was impressed) and I had no qualms about using anything. The front desk was more than willing to answer any questions-it was nice that someone was there at almost any hour. The parking lot out back being locked from 12-6am was a nice feature. I love that they decorate for holidays it’s so fun!
