"The house was very nice for our needs. Two older couples hanging out in Long Beach for 4-5 days. With the listing picture, we thought it was right next to the Arch. It is not. That was not the building. Therefore, our plan of parking the car & walking to town to eat etc didn't work, due to some mobility issues of walking to and from round trip approx 6 blocks. The boardwalk, nature & view from the house was nice. Communication with the host was responsive. Except after we found an issue in the house, there was no follow up to have the cleaner address the issue while we were there. So we dealt with the issue for a couple of days, without any further follow up from the host during or after our visit, which was a surprise bcuz the host was very responsive up to this point. The other issue, the host is aware of however unable to do anything about it. That's the lock getting into the house. Extremely difficult but without changing all locks thru out the complex, there is nothing that can be done. Would we stay again, yes. ."

"Beautiful property with amazing ocean views. The decor was great and the room was spotless. There were bikes for guests to use free, and we enjoyed a ride along the path. We will absolutely return!"

"Clean, quiet, comfortable. Slept all night for the first time in a year it was so comfortable. No kitchen, but coffee maker in the room and easy availability of extra coffee in the front office. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice view of the ocean from our 2nd floor room. Updated in comparison to other local hotels. "

"When we drove up we were worried we had make a mistake, But on entering our room there was great relief. It was spacious and clean. Not to mention it was in walking distance to the Portway Tavern for dinner. A locals delight, great halibut. The view from our room's balcony was a almost a painting thanks to mother nature's good weather and colors. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast was a delight. "
