"Like others have said, small but cozy, large yard with firepit and covered back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Love the private trail to the beach. Grandson absolutely loved the bunnies. Nice it had the a RV hook up, my kids just got a new one and wanted to be able to stay also. Inside was perfect size for the 5 of us. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. It was peaceful at night. We got lucky and had 2 1/2 days of great weather. "First Mates Cottage is a very roomy very clean house, nice and close to good clamming beach area's and our favorite store 'Jack's Country Store'. If you are coming to clam, they have 8 clam guns, altho they aren't the best. They have games for kids. A very big yard and hot tub.
