“Photos makes you think you are getting cabins - but if says suites it a room in hotel. We were disappointed at check in because of this. Our room was clean for the most part. Older hotel. Thin walls, could hear neighbors at 5am moving around & talking. We got locked out of our room (the locking system wasn't recognizing our room number) front desk helped. I did try to call after hours number 2 times that was listed but no one answered. Great location! Staff was nice. ”

“We could not sleep due to a loud whirring noise going on all night and figured out that it was the refrigerator in the room but that was after we had already departed and realized same noise was going on in another hotel same noise! Also car revving engine after midnight didn’t help and the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was not filled which seems strange not to fill and may be missed by others thinking there is liquid in them! ”

It seemed like housekeeping didn't finish preparing the room for us We didn't have cups for water or coffee even though there was a coffee maker in the room. “Hard to justify the price point. Two bathrooms simply isn’t enough. All of the “extras” were broken. No working bike. Trash was totally full upon check in. Can’t play bags, air hockey, or the shuffle board because it’s all busted. Some rooms didn’t have power. Batteries for remotes and fans were dead. Not enough soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.. Grill had just a little propane with no backup (kinda ruined the July 4th BBQ). The view is heavily obstructed by new builds. Kinda……
