“The property was excellent. The owners make a point with providing comfort (beds, couches, etc.), which is a gamble for traveler seeking rentals. I have stayed at places that skimp on quality and the result is a dissatisfying stay. NOT HERE.”

We were attending my daughter's college graduation and it gave us a place to stay close enough to Boston but outside of all the noise and congestion.”

“Location was perfect right off the highway was easy to take an uber into Salem, Gloucester and Boston. The apartment is cute and clean and updated. The shower stall is a bit small/tight if you’re on the bigger body size. The property agent solved our problem quickly and was quick to communicate. Highly recommend”

We had all of the necessary kitchen items for light cooking. The property was very clean with plenty of storage space. The location was convenient to Newton villages and the highways. “Clean big apartment. Quite street. Anything you want on the TV is there. There was no wash clothes or hand towels but there was very nice towels. Alot of amenities. Two of us were over 60 so the stairs were a bit much but it was fine. Close to Boston and Salam.”

“Joe's place is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It has been nicely renovated. I like the hardwood floors, and it is bright and airy. We came to visit Tufts, and the campus is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, as is the green line T (Tufts stop or Ball Square). Communication from Joe was excellent. He was nice enough to let us arrive early, and also responded immediately and came right by when we had a minor plumbing problem. I would stay here again.”

“We were recently in Stoneham for a short weekend trip to tour colleges. The rental was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants and stores within 30 mins from where we were scheduled to spend the day. Great stay overall.”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and had games to play if that's your sort of thing. Located right off of Main Street, Stoneham so made getting around super easy. Restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. The host was super attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. Would surely recommend to others.”

“Great being so close to many restaurants on Broadway. The place is as described. We were a little tight in the bathroom with five guests, but this is as advertised. Geng was accommodating to changes in the reservation dates, which was much appreciated.”

“Truly an incredible location, esp if visiting Harvard. You will need to walk up a few narrow and winding flights of stairs. Best not to bring heavy, nor large suitcases; which we had b/c we were moving our son into Harvard. Luckily he is strong, young, and healthy, so no big deal there. There are NO curtains over the large windows in the living room, so careful if you like to walk around naked. There was no extra blanket for the futon, so I had to use my son's sleeping bag. “Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay.”
