“Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. ”

“What a beautiful house! It is obviously very old, but updated quite nicely. And it was so nice for almost every room to have its own bathroom. It is also a great central location - a short walk one way to the river and a short walk the other way towards Forsythe Park. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Everything was wonderful at the suite - large fridge with ice maker, reasonably equipped kitchen, full washer & dryer. I don't watch TV, so I can't comment regarding the TV/cable equipment in the living room and bedroom. In other reviews the "upstairs neighbors" were loud, but I didn't notice anything in particular. It was a very sweet, clean, peaceful visit for me.”

“A lot of time and care went into rehabbing the property and it is in excellent condition with up to date furnishings and amenities. It is a two-story with bedrooms, full bath, and stacked washer and dryer upstairs. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay. We would book there again,……
