“Great house and location in the woods on a private dirt road. House is very comfortable and the dogs enjoyed the walks on the dirt road too. We would stay here again. ”

“This place is exactly as pictured and described. My spouse and I needed a getaway and break from work and booked this place off season with our dog for a few days. We spent the days on the porch in the sun (dog loved that and she couldn't escape because of railings), grilling, cooking, using the sauna and the hot tub. Nice appliances in the kitchen! The sauna was lovely and the hot tub was super clean and spacious!! Game room was great, too. The master bed was so comfortable and clearly good……

“We stayed here with two families, a total of 9 people (5 kids), the room set ups are perfect to share with two families and was set up with xbox and other streaming services. Kitchen was stocked, the place was clean, the PM team was super responsive and pro-active. The hot tub was super clean and it was just a cozy house to enjoy friends and family after skiing all day. Short ride to Sunday River. We would definitely go back! Thank you! ”

“This place is perfect for skiing at Sunday River! Our whole family (group of 10) fit comfortably in this place. We had the best time; relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day and then making dinner and playing games. Would stay here again!”

“Beautiful house and it’s just as the photos show. Such a gorgeous area and so much to do at the property you won’t get bored. Lots of space for three families that stayed with us. Only small complaint would be the two bathrooms outside of the master bath had slow draining showers and sinks which caused us to stand in dirty water up to our ankles while showering. Otherwise everything was gorgeous and such a fun time here. Will book again. ”
