“We staying here for a family wedding...this house is truly unique... great location across the street form the beach and "pockets" of bedrooms that allow families to be near each other yet away from others when multi-generational families stay togetherthere were more than enough bathrooms, kitchen items and space for alllocated between all the "beach areas" and a super short drive into Morehead City or Beaufort - this place was just perfect for us.... thanks for sharing your home!”

“This was a perfect location for my family for our mini vacation. The unit was as described and offered all of the amenities one requires for a stay at the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us, including two dogs with their crates! We never felt crowded or like we couldn't get away from each other :). “This was our first visit to the Emorald aisle. We picked this property for value and for the pet friendliness. We absolutely loved this place. It was actually better than it showed in the pictures. The beach was just a short walk down the street. We also visited a couple other beaches on the island which were pretty easy to get to. Short drive to good restaurants and shopping etc. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Perfect for what i needed”

“excellent property for those who want a good location in "old Atlantic Beach". Easy to walk to beach, quiet, nice back yard, wireless connection was excellent for viewing streaming. A neat little house. I will definitely stay here again. All we needed but not like a shiny condo just built. I prefer the atmosphere of old Atlantic Beach and the traditional cottage feel. If you like that, you will really like this place.”

“The cottage is lovely and comfortable. Walking distance to ocean and close to everything in Morehead and AB. Nice floating doc for boat or kayak. Only negative was the master bedroom Roku remote didn't have an on/off switch for the TV. There's probably info on the internet, but I was too tired when we made it to bed to research. Great stay, though!”

“This house is a great find. House is behind the dunes beach front with a huge backyard area. Kids loved it and we had a blast. Plenty of space inside the home and it is loaded with everything you need including beach toys and supplies. Great host, easy and quick communication. ”

“Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. Windows need replaced, as the seals in the glass are broken, making it difficult to see the ocean from inside the house. The deck was very nice. The gates on the deck made it nice for sitting ouside with our dog. Just a few steps to the beach made it nice for quickly coming and going between the beach and...

“We had 9 people plenty of room to spread out. We could walk to the beach and a nice porch to sit on in the evening to talk. Alot to do close by as well,from an aquarium,putt-putt,and pier. Had a wonderful time. ”
