“很好”

“The room was comfortable. The lobby and hallways were clean. The gentleman at the counter the night we checked in, and the lady the following evening, were both SUPER helpful and friendly. The lady at the counter during checkout was less than friendly and seemed very put off by having to speak with me. Other than that specific instance, it was a pleasant experience overall. ”

“This is a very nice hotel! My only complaint is that I didn’t plan to stay two nights instead of just one here on our road trip. It’s modern, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Luxury at an affordable price. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We always try to stay at hotels that offer a breakfast and the fare is usually pretty good. But this was a cut above, fresh fruit with yogurt honey or strawberry topping, freshly made French toast, a well seasoned frittata to mention a few.……

“Clean rooms”

“The room was very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast provided excellent selections and the eating area was roomy and clean. I was very pleased and would visit again.”

“The good: Love the ocean front room. The view is beautiful. The restaurant downstairs is convenient and decent. The not so good: The beach chairs and umbrellas are in a sad state, falling apart. They used to charge for them. They can't anymore, so they now charge $20 plus tax per day to park in their parking lot at the hotel. The design of the double room has the air conditioner blowing on the face of the person in the bed closest to the sliding glass door. The ice machine was down on our floor……

“Our room was clean, the breakfast area wasn't maintained as far as cleaning the tables for the next person and coffee was out. Breakfast was ok. They tried to charge me for a reservation I didn't make”

“The road and the property were both extremely clean and comfortable. And the staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was very kind and friendly.”

“Everyone was so friendly! Very well-kept property. Comfortable beds. Amazing views, in walking distance to local restaurants and shops.”

“We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do……

“I liked the closeness to restaurants and the Bogue Inlet Pier. This was the main reason for the stay was for fishing. Only negative was the 1 hour delay to get in my room for check-in. The stated time was 3pm and I didn't get in until a little after 4pm.”

“Staff was wonderful. Angie was always helpful and friendly. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. TV was a little wonky. Breakfast was average but I never expect a lot from continental breakfast. Felt like safe location. Very close to Cherry Point for families visiting their Marine.”
