Very good, staff working fast and very attentive if I have problems. I would definitely stay here again 100% I kind of wish I found this hotel earlier, so that I can spend my entire week here! A classic 4 star hotel, although I found some Russian hair-balls here and there. Breakfast so good, do not go out for brunch, just eat breakfast here.

Was on sale, I would definitely stay here again 100% I kind of wish I found this hotel earlier, so that I could spend my entire week here! A classic 4 star hotel, although I found some Russian hair-balls here and there. Breakfast so good, do not go out for brunch, just eat breakfast here. That’s what I would do, I kind of wish I had done that! Ham, cheese, noodles, fried rice, soups, fruits and juice are the best. Bed is clean, no bugs, no insects. Mattress is brand new. Air conditioner old and a but weak, but that’s okay. Overall so far so good, I would stay here again, 100%

Can do better for 4-star hotel

Experience was fair, would like to highlight: (1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim; (2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage; (3) Hotel was surrounded by construction; (4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety. A good point was the location, it was near the beach, as well as VinWonders cable car / speedboat station.

Nice hotel, away from the noise!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got an extension to my room for the last day for free. The only problem was that there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel but at least it wasn't right in the noisy centre of town and was only a short stroll to the beach and shops. The balcony wasn't really a balcony. There was only room for one person to stand.

A fine hotel with walking distance to town centre

The staff in this hotel are friendly. Our room was big and comfortable. We had a good experience staying with Rigel Hotel. It was like coming home. Going to beach needs 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is certainly recommendable.

Reasonable price with excellent service! The front desk staff (especially ‘Minh Phu’ who knows a bit Chinese), bell boys, staff at restaurant, and the like provide very good services! The restaurant is crowded with noisy group visitors during breakfast time. Don’t come down too early. The swimming pool is beautiful but much smaller than it looks in the photos.

Absolutt verdt pengene

This hotel has seen better days. It was in an OK spot for walking to tourist areas, but surrounded by construction, and the hotel is very run down. The pictures look way better than the actual hotel. The spa in the hotel was very unprofessional. Another therapist kept coming in and out of the room, and they were talking and laughing loudly. I would not recommend staying here.
