“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……

“The staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful, you can tell they care about the customer. Very professional too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only two suggestions are a bigger variety at breakfast and tables on both sides of the bed for guests with CPAP. Will 100 percent return.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The new owners are great. Very courteous and willing to help in any way. I travel a lot for work so I cherish a safe, quiet, clean, professionally run place like this, with a reasonable rate. Anything you need is close by and unlike similar places in this part of SA, he keeps out the riff-raff. I will be placing it on the hotel list for my agency and I’ll stay here in the future when I’m working in that area of SA. ”
